What does everyone think about a weapon type idea I just came up with: Wooden Weapons (and some form of magical equivalent)

Wooden weapons would be extraordinarily weak weapons that require no proficiency rank in that weapon class to use, and can be used by any class. For example, a Sage can use it, in spite of not being a sword class and not having at least E rank in swords.

Merc is opposed to the idea, but we both thought it would be better to ask you guys.

On another note, I'm setting up shop on the data sheet, and as you can see in the OP, I've even began to number the sheet version to help show how close we are to starting. v1.0 will be the fully completed sheet.
