As a big fan of spiders, it sometimes makes me laugh when someone mentions the "shoot out the butt" thing (no offense). When scientists inserted the silk-producing gene into goats, it came out with their milk (and note that it was only the proteins to build the silk, so I don't think you would have strings of silk). If you were to extrapolate that to humans...well, I better stop while I am ahead and let you guys add 2 + 2. I don't want to get too creepy. >.> I apologize ahead of time for any psychological damage that this post has done. :(
