Okay, so I've been reading over the rules while brainstorming a character, and I have a question about rule 6: I had been planning on using an [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Artifact/]Artifact[/url]-themed deck for my character. I'm going on information on the wiki, since I haven't really watched the anime, but the story of the cards goes something like "they dwell in a treasure vault beyond the mountains." I wanted to check and see if that would be considered "rare" or not, at least by this roleplay's standards.
