I think I'm in the same boat as you. I have ideas, but they tend to not grow that much. I have an idea of a world and feel free to take elements of this and change it or tell me what you think. It would involve the creation of the world and involve god-like beings, each one having some item that is unique to them with certain powers. Then there's a war and the god-like being are thrown to the moral plain in human form. This causes their items to be scattered over the world. Fast-forward to a treasure hunter who's found some holy book that lists where the items are and how to find them. He (or she) hires a guide to help them locate these items. Then somehow upon finding the items the god-like beings, in human form try and take them back.

It's fairly convoluted, but it's an idea that I've had in my head that I can't flesh out. That's why I've never done an interest check for it. Feel free to take any idea you like and run with it and we can go from there.
