Well you the Genderblock would block you as you could never become the leader so hence you could not be an actual Vocator. You could probably train with them but that would come down to the Empress. Most likely you would be re-educated to serve said Empress (May she live forever) if you accept you would get to keep your relic and get put to work and more than likely be put into a breeding program to make more relic friendly people (Don't get your hopes up, Ivona is busy). 

If you refuse, someone conceives your child. Chops off your hands and takes your relic.

Speak to Ellri, I collect them. He assigns them, with the mask as Ellri explained because of the fact that as you progress through the ranks you go from a ring that is connected to the mask, to a necklace that is connected to the mask it is easier to bond with. Of course if it doesn't work first time your head will likely be chopped off. I also have more lore entries to add to this masks already bloody past.
