That's the plan, girls eligible and who have begun puberty at 11 are taken to sanctuary. Those unable to get rings straight away, relic comes in and they are off child bearing age bam. There will be several men there as well if the evoker is female. Beyond that, I am sure he has an idea. It is Ellri, he always does. As I said I only collect the things I don't distribute them. I was thinking we'd maybe have say one dangerous relic right now. I mean the Empire hasn't done an expansion for a while (or the king would be expecting it) which means there won't be a lot of relic intake especially as the Empress likely had every relic available bonded with someone for said campaign.
