No, but it has things similar to Genesis.

Now, I know you said that you've had this idea for awhile, but no-one will take it seriously (especially with the Pokemon bit) when there is already a game about upgrading a creature to help survive (which usually involves fighting). 

Also, Spam Games don't HAVE IC or OOC threads because they are not roleplays.

I suggest moving this to a roleplaying section instead.
