"I hope he has enough food for Suimin," Shiranui said to himself as he went out to the field out the back. Kitsune saw her trainer and ran up to him. "Hello Kitsune, how's the lab?" The Vulpix pointed out one of Shiranui's Poké Balls and the trainer caught on to what Kitsune was telling him to do. Shiranui let Titania out and the Gardevoir linked his mind with Kitsune's to communicate better. "The humans here have treated the others and I really well and I even made friends with a Bulbasaur that watches over us," the Vulpix explained, "He says I reminded him of a Vulpix he used to know only I wasn't spoiled like she was." "I'm glad you're having a good time here, Kitsune," replied Shiranui, "I have a present for you." He got out the Fire Stone he had for a while and presented it to Kitsune. "A Fire Stone? Yay! I can evolve!" Kitsune cheered. "Evolution is a pretty big step to take," warned Shiranui, "Once you touch this stone, you won't be going back." "I'll do it!" the Vulpix decided as she placed a paw on the Fire Stone and immediately started glowing. Kitsune grew bigger in size, a mane on her head and three more tails before the glow subsided to reveal a beautiful Ninetales. Shiranui felt like one of his dreams came true as he gazed at Kitsune. "Does my new form amaze you?" the Ninetales asked. "To say the least, yes," answered Shiranui as Kitsune sat down next to her trainer and he sat down as well. Kitsune draped her tails over Shiranui's lap and the trainer asked, "Wouldn't that cause a millennium-long curse?" "I would never curse you," Kitsune assured as voices were heard and the rest of his Pokémon that were not a part of his party came over.
