I never take Yahoo answers too seriously. It is Yahoo answers, after all. :p

I mean... I guess it's not too bad. I think compared to the average bullet, being struck by a taser bullet probably isn't too bad. Especially in a world where dodging bullets is something Beacon freshmen can do. It's more the fire rate and the fact he can have 60 explosions out in under 3 seconds that makes it too much. That's like, leveling a house before people react to the first 'bang'.
