The red dust rounds result in explosion and I wasn't thinking like "BOOM" more like "bang", more like a bottle rocket+bullet then grenade plus bullet, I'll go back and clarify that. But the firing speed that is mentioned in the weapon description is again under perfect conditions, more likely he'll be firing at half that or less because a) ammo conversation b) it'll only be in perfect conditions for the first few bullets then the chamber and metal pieces will be too hot too maintain that firing rate and c) firing less at a time allows for increased accuracy
