He doesn't have to. The HEFT rounds explode into a cloud of Tungsten fibers that expand outward at the speed of booletz. It's like a certain SOMEONE who uses WIRES but inside of a bullet. Then again, he can't use it up close, because that'd be fucking suicidal.
