We don't seem to be getting anyone else, so I'll throw in one more character to try and spice things up a little more. -Name- Sylux -Age- Unknown -Universe- Metroid -Appearance- Sylux -Powers- "You are foolish to think you can escape from me." Sylux is a resourceful tracker, scout, and close-combat combatant due to both agility and equipment which is designed for such encounters. This bounty hunter's weapon of choice is known as the Shock Coil, a weapon that can drain energy from most sources that can provide power. Such as energy shields, armors, and weapons. It could possibly drain very small amounts of energy from general electronic devices as well, but not enough to truly make a difference. The power goes to restoring power to Sylux' armor, and to the Shock Coils' energy reserves. The Shock Coil emits a short-ranged, continuous burst of concentrated, high density neutrinos, and seeks the nearest target. It becomes troublesome to focus on a single target when multiple enemies are in range, and the Shock Coil has difficulties tracking small targets. "You're locked in the jaws of the predator... Do not try to escape and your death will be quick." Sylux can transform into an alternate form known as The Lockjaw; Sylux becomes a ball of green light (Similar to the size of Samus' Morph Ball) And is surrounding by two entwined metal bars with pulsing green energy surging through them. In this state, Sylux is much harder to hit due to being smaller and more agile, and can also drop multiple bombs with a beam of energy connecting them to form a tripwire trap. Singular bombs can be detonated on command, or will explode a short time after being released. -Weaknesses- "I will require a change of plans, this long-range situation is harming me greatly..." Sylux lacks the equipment to fight at long range; being open to attack until managing to close in on the opponent. This can be a great advantage for those who prefer long-range combat, or have methods of at least fighting at such ranges. "Problematic. This brute is ripping my limbs off like chicken bones from the flesh of a newly presented meal..." Though Sylux is best suited for close-combat, a strong enough opponent can still rip the hunter to pieces if it manages to either avoid or survive The Shock Coil. Sylux will of course continue to fight back, but it might end up being a losing battle in the end; And result in death. "Nothing personal." Sylux is not a trustworthy individual; Willing to betray possible comrades in exchange for payment under most circumstances, figuring it'll be worth it in the long run for the sake of self-preservation. If the hunter sees the possible victim as something worthwhile however, it won't be in it's best interest to see them dead until they have proven their helpfulness has worn out. That being said, even those who give Sylux a target isn't safe. If more money is offered, or the situation would prove bleak for the hunter, it will have no issue with killing the contact rather than the intended victim. Of course, this is usually more troublesome for the short-term, but even so... Self-preservation. Overall, this can end up netting Sylux a lot more enemies than friends. It's honestly preferred, though. -Brief Bio- Originating from the planet Cylosis, Sylux is a Bounty Hunter that harbors a deep hatred for the Galactic Federation and fellow Bounty Hunter, Samus Aran. The armor Sylux wears is prototype Federation technology based on the gear of Samus Aran, and the Shock Coil is illegal combat technology also crafted by the Federation. The hunter seeks to see Samus Aran fall for working with the Federation; but has a bigger goal of destroying the Federation itself, or at least marking off some of the people on 'The List'. Sylux intends to not stop until it sees to it's objectives being completed, and will remove anything that stands in it's way using the same hatred, with no regrets. -Other- Sylux' gender is an anomaly. It's voice appears to be fake; Something strictly caused by the helmet it wears. Considering each of Sylux' hands also only have four fingers, it's questionable if this Bounty Hunter is even human.
