Commander Lorne boarded the vessel himself. It wasn't exactly the strongest adheration of protocol ever though today protocol had more or less went out the window. The small nimble Raptor navigated into the small bay with the larger ships, fitting snuggly in one of the gaps left. Two marines disembarked first, then he left the craft followed by two more marines while yet again two more stayed in the Raptor and its engines stayed powered up. He wasn't unfamiliar with bays that could be pressurized, though being on a Battlestar where they weren't he still found it a bit odd. Though he had felt his uniform would be better than a pilots suit, in such a situation. The corridors were blank to the designated rooms, other than the officer who was leading them towards the meeting place. Obviously the regular duties had been suspended, rightly so. It was better to keep their operations to themselves until they knew what they were dealing with. He had purposefully only launched one Squadron as a cap to hide the number of Vipers the battlestar could hold. When entering the room he was confronted by some megalith semi-robotic people, the marines instantly drew their weapons however he put his hand over the closest marines weapon and lowered it. Such a thing wasn't cylon technology as far as he knew, and starting a fight now would just be a bad idea. They would just need to watch what ship they returned to and to keep an eye on it. There was also someone who was obviously a decorated officer, he would have saluted however there was the cultural differences that made him unaware if he should do so. Though he partially wished he had donned his dress greys rather than the regular navy blue uniform. He offered a curt nod and took the seat opposite the man as the marines took up station behind him, normally they would stand at the door though if he did that everyone else would too and they would have a massive stack of bodies standing at the door. If they had been taken aback by the giant men though, they were further taken aback when an obvious alien came into the room on a hovering chair. He couldn't hide his surprise at seeing such a thing, and he already knew that the marines fingers would be on the triggers.
