Hmm well, right now I figure LA to be a a really big knife nut. An expert at cutting people up or stabbing them, even able to throw knives pretty accurately. Expert martial artist. Uses guns too but mostly pistols at close to medium range. Mostly relies on mobility, stealth, and efficient savagery to get the job done.

Not sure whether it should be a guy or gal. In my head they'd be called La Muerte, which works out pretty well :P
