It seemed that a high-yield plasma detonator wouldn't be enough to hold back the Equestrians, so they opened fire. They moved forward and created a steady blanket of fire, as even though they were cloaked, a steady barrage of energy rounds would be sufficient, and given the Type 4's high fire rate it would hopefully be enough. Officer Ryna'dum lobbed two more plasma grenades, then pulled out her fifth, and final grenade and threw it as the team jumped into a few rooms that bordered the hallway as two consecutive flashes shone, followed by a third. If two were enough to break one shield and damage another, hopefully the third would be the killing blow. After the third grenade went off they returned to the corridor and continued firing.
