I'm good with following option one. Fae are good from our perspective, but they aren't necessarily thinking along the same lines as we are.

Sorry, no Kitsune and Baku - reason being is that this isn't the region for it. As for dragons . . . well, in truth, even taming a baby dragon is difficult for [i]graduated[/i] students. Dragons are intelligent enough to talk and operate machinery and even write if you're patient. Rather than raising a magical beast, it's as if you're raising a child already.

Pegasus are moderately difficult to tame, but still possible while student (you're going to need to be talented though) 2 Will-o-Wisps are fine, but might I ask what you intend to do with them?
