Alright. I've got my CS to a place I'm comfortable with, I read the majority of the first page, read the villain files and most of the character sheets, and put up a bunch of members to be in my Cult.

Edit: Also, there is no reason why the Cult can't expand at any moment or do more than the 'Desert Vampire' ritual. If anyone needs to fight something magical, lemme know.
