Nobuo flew out while Archer was still holding off the fire blast. With Whitney in his hands, he flew off to look for the exit to the cave, though it was pretty dark. The fire wave that the dragon was spewing helped brighten it a bit enough for him to see the mouth. Everyone else was holding the monster off, leaving him with ample amount of time to get out of the cave with Whitney in his arms.

As they got out of the cave, he set Whitney down and noticed her crying.

"[b]H-hey...[/b]" Nobuo put his hand on her shoulder. "[b]At least we made it out of there alive. Don't worry, the others will be able to defeat it.[/b]" Nobuo said.
