Alyson walked into the cock-pit where Flynn was asleep in the captain's chair. She softly poked his shoulder a few times. Flynn awoke with a start. Nearly falling out of the chair. "Who what?" He said still half asleep. He then looked up at Alyson. He smiled a little as he stretched awake. "How you feeling doll face?" Alyson smiled slightly and asked Flynn about a shower. "Yea, I have a shower." He said rubbing his eyes. "It's in the corner right next to the fridge. You'll see the foggy glass door. Should be a towel on top of the fridge." Flynn turned and faced the screen. All that was showing on it now was stars whizzing by. "VIC." Flynn said. "Where are we?" VIC chimed up. "A few minutes from a fuel depot. It is listed as the first stop." Flynn turned to Alyson sheepishly. "Give it about five minutes after we get out of warp before you take a shower." Alyson looked at him confused. "It's just that," Flynn started again. "for some reason speeding up or slowing down from warp makes the water either really cold, or really hot. Either way it's not a good thing." Alyson kept staring at him. "Once we're out of warp it's fine. I promise." Flynn said. Trying to reassure her. "While you're in the shower I'll fuel up and get us a few supplies. Then we'll be off again." We watched as Alyson walked to the back and felt the ship drop out of warp. The ship auto-docked itself as Flynn got up out of the chair. "Docking complete." He heard VIC say as the door opened to let Flynn off. He walked down a fairly long corridor, each one with a docking station. Some had ships attached to them, most did not. As Flynn got to the center of the station, a small boar faced man greeted him. "Hello good sir. What can I do for you?" He said in a raspy voice. "I just need my ship refueled and I need to purchase a few supplies." Flynn said, pointing to his ship. "Very good sir." The creature replied as he pushed a couple of buttons on a small pad he was holding. He led Flynn to a small room that acted like a supply area. Flynn grabbed a case of beer, case of water, and a random assortment of food. The creature held up a small pad that Flynn put his thumb on. He looked at his credit balance. He was down to his last few hundred credits. While that would last him awhile, what would he do when he ran out? The idea of how much Alyson was worth to that man now popped up in his head. He quickly dismissed it. "You're not that good a person Flynn, but you're damn sure not that low." He thought to himself as he walked back to his ship. He entered the main cabin and continued back into the "living quarters". Forgetting Alyson was taking a shower he started to unload the supplies.
