looks like you picked the wrong CS framework... You should've had "rank" where you have "title".
We looked about a bit, and from what we can tell, a typical rank for a Royal Navy Navigational Officer is "warrant officer" which we think has been converted into "lieutenant" and "sub-lieutenant". We'd guess that his rank would (unless there's a large NPC military crew) probably be the latter, Sub-Lieutenant.
