Elysia "No, they didn't put me up to anything. I already told you why I'm here," Elysia reminded Jett as she took out the eggs and milk from the fridge. She closed it and glanced over her shoulder at him. "What? Do you think I'm spying on you for them? You know I'd much prefer to spy on them, for you. You know, since you're my favorite person in the world, and everything," she repeated with a grin, setting the items down on the counter while she turned to the pantry to retrieve the blood and the flour. She sighed longingly as she turned the blood bag over in her hands, watching the crimson liquid move about inside of it. "I miss fresh, hot blood, straight from the source. It's never as good when it's been left to cool and become stagnant," she murmured as she tipped the contents of the blood bag into a measuring jug. She added the eggs, a little drop of milk, and the flour and then whisked all of it together while the oil in the pan heated up. She listened quietly while Jett told her about the choice of bedrooms and pouted at him briefly. "But I wanted your room," she complained before flashing him a playful grin. "Thanks again for letting me stay. Do you have any house rules you want to throw at me? You should probably tell me now so I have time to break them all before I leave," she teased, pouring the first pancake into the pan. She let it cook and got out two plates so that she could serve them up as soon as they were ready. It didn't take her long and soon there were two plates of warm, pink coloured pancakes, steaming and filling the kitchen with a wonderful aroma. She was glad that they had turned out so well and that she hadn't overdone them and ruined the taste of the blood. "Alright, let's eat." Sia lifted the two plates and carried them back over to the table. "Any plans for the day?" she asked as she sat down and began to cut a piece off of her first pancake. She popped it into her mouth and chewed while she waited for his answer. After all, if he was busy she didn't want to be a nuisance and get in the way, but if he had nothing on then she would have to get her plan into action. Her stomach twisted a little with nerves. It felt weird to be attempting to seduce Jett. They'd been best friends for so long. Of course, she'd always thought he was handsome and he was definitely her favorite person to be around. Now that she thought about it, it was a wonder that they hadn't fooled around a little at some point. She supposed they'd both just gotten so wrapped up in their own lives that they hadn't given it much thought. She hadn't even been in the country for the past few years. Or maybe Jett just really didn't see her in that light. Maybe he really did just see her as a little sister. She supposed that in a way, he had been like a big brother to her, too. Especially growing up. She had no siblings and he had always been there for her.
