Currently here's the summary: 

Khan-just got done talking with Xyden, then sent for about three other Npcs including the rune master. 
Althalus, Coco and Mar- just entered the courtyard where all the all the student arrivals are breaking off into groups.
Tyrael- took off to take care of business and asked Mar to bring the two to a teacher before he left.
Leith, Mei, Annabeth- taking a tour with Uicle in Tyrael's forge then nearly got smashed until Annabeth shoved him out of the way and right into daggers that stabbed into his armor. Now he has some explaining to do. 
Ssarak and Aruna- just got done finding dormantories where a misunderstanding happened and Aruna slammed door in his face.
Colette and Lucilia- talking and Colette received Marrow Draught to ease thirst then left. 
Aramir and Alaira- is chumming it up as the half elf is leading the snow in her own tour. 
Auriel-is in infirmary...lol

Not everyone is in the same area as they've all broke smaller groups and are currently interacting. The plot hasn't official began as we are still getting into our PC skins and feeling out our characters reaction with different characters. My suggestion is to pick any of the above mentioned then attempt to interact with them. If you're having trouble with where everyone is then I can ask Players to start labeling their locations to help you sort out which Pcs to focus on and where they are at? Would that help?
