Once out of the SUV David lit up one of his Marlboro Reds. He would have offered one to Mikael but the pretense was that Mikael belonged to him and Trixy. From what the young Vampire understood, his species was not kind to their servants. 'If I seem like an ass don't take it personally, its all part of the game.' He'd told the human during the trip. David looked at Mikael and nodded his head towards Trixy and Carson in a rude manner, indicating that his servant should into the club. The small line out front held no persons worthy of note, that being no one perceived as a threat. David quickly reassessed this thought however. They were all Vampires, every one of them was a potential threat. Inside, Carson suggested that he and Mikael check out the bar scene and David thought it was a splendid idea and replied with a smile. "Sure, i could use a drink." the team split, Carson and Trixy bound for the dance floor with Mikael and himself for the bar. The establishment itself was top quality. Or rather David thought so, not being much of a club goer. Due to the daylight hour the crowd was pretty sparse and the pair had no trouble getting to the bar and getting seats. To keep up the pretense David 'ordered' Mikael to stand and buy him a drink. Jack and coke. David could sense that the Bartender had more than a few years on him. Perhaps fifty or so. The sensation was not nearly as strong as it was with Trixy so this guy should be cake if it came down to a fight. "Light crowd, eh boss?" he said to the bartender, who was wiping a glass. David took a swig of his Jack and Coke then puffed on his red. "Give me the scoop man, I'm new in town. This place come alive at night and we're all just here to pre game right?"
