An Authority given to him by the god of water, the cost for which is discounted by the Grail System. Unranked because it is a skill that there can be no "variance" of mastery in, either one has it or they do not. Absolute master and owner of the seas and everything in them. Nothing “of the water” may defy his authority and commands, regardless of their position in relation to him. It is worth noting this only applies to beings "of the water" and not "which contain water," meaning that Rider cannot pull some "people are mostly water, I command you to die" bullshit. "Of the water" means "things like waves and fish and stuff". Most commonly used to increase the efficacy of his ship's movement, and to roil the seas in order to make approaching it nigh-impossible.

Monstrous Strength: D
Temporary boost of STR by one rank determined in length by rank of the skill. Transforms him into the half-human, half-sea lion form that is his original state; the longer this is in use the closer he becomes to this existence.

Can convey intelligible speech to all animals, though complex communications may be lost. Modifier comes into effect when speaking to those of an aquatic basis, in which case all nuances may be conveyed. It is worth noting that all speech, regardless of if it is to a man or fish, takes the form of a sea lion’s bleating, but is still understood perfectly by humans. In that sense, it might be more accurate to say that he always speaks in Animal Dialogue, and rather “Human Dialogue” is the special capacity.

Only when the full ship is summoned, the ship generates an effect of not being able to have its existence regarded, making all parts of the Noble Phantasm as well as any who happen to be on the ship as if cloaked by an Assassin’s Presence Concealment, however like an Assassin's Presence Concealment this stops when the preparations to "attack" becomes present. Rider himself is capable of detecting the ship even if he is not on it, as it is still “his” Noble Phantasm. Everything that is meant to be on the ship, including crew and those who travel to the ship, are regarded as part of the Noble Phantasm.[/hider]
