You’d think after three months, the school would be used to them dating by now. They would walk the halls hand and hand, they’d kiss each other good bye when they didn’t have classes together and it was a rarity when they wouldn’t be getting into Lexi’s car to go somewhere together. But Lexi still got comments like ‘Are you really dating Peter?’, ‘Peter Parker? That dork, really Lexi? Come on.’ and ‘This is a long running time for a joke Lexi, when are you going to stop the act?’; the last one was typically met with a verbal lashing to whatever student made the comment that caused Lexi to use some very rare foul language and anyone who knows Lexi Rogers (which is everyone in school) knows that when she curses, you’ve really crossed a line. The last comment was only said once and it was never spoken of again, which was a good thing because Lexi would probably have punched the next person who said it. And in her opinion, it was for good… no a great reason. As far as Lexi was considered, people could think whatever they want about her and Peter being together because they didn’t need to know or understand just how happy the two were. She was blissfully in love with the man and had not issue showing it to the world or screaming it out from the mountain tops if need be. If Peter wanted to, she would. She would do anything for that man, even die for him. Her fingers tips traveled slowly up her boyfriend’s chest before sliding them into his damp hair. “Wherever my Peter wants to be works for me; if he’s feeling up for it, I’m sure we could set up my laptop to play another cheese horror movie that neither one of us are going to pay any attention to in my bedroom while drinking the hot chocolate.” Her hands gently gripped his thick, pulling his face from her cheek and resting her forehead gently against his. “Maybe… maybe not?”
