Meh, looks like the servers aren't operating that well at the moment. From what I've seen, just submit once. It'll bring you a blank page, just close it and wait for the post to pop up, since it'll take a few minutes. Reloading the page sends into another entry, which will also be delayed.

Edit: Welp, the post below was just made. Yet it shouldn't appear for a while. This is pretty damn annoying.
