Don't worry, I had the same response as you did ;) I had to watch some mindless TV show to ease my headache.

Long story short, they think we live in something like the Matrix... minus the whole hooked up to a machine thing. So basically... *thinks about* our reality is an (projected) "illusion"? Or so I would guess is what they are saying.
