That was all she wanted and needed to hear. She looked at him, almost admiring his features as if it were the first time she got to properly look at him. She studied his face carefully, concentrating on every inch of it. From his eyelashes to his nose, to his lips, though her eyes did pause there for a moment. She didn't even know what she was doing, she was just acting without thinking for the moment. Just for a moment, she wanted to forget everything else and focus only on him. No thinking about anything else, just him and her right now. She placed a finger on his lips, tracing them lightly. She smiled, taking her finger off and replacing them with her own lips, giving him a deep kiss. It was actually nice to be able to give him one, she knew she had been on the receiving end for a while now. ------------ Nadeline let out a cheer as Wesley would agree to meet her mother. Now she was more excited than worried. That and Grant telling her that she had gotten better definitely lightened the mood. Grant couldn't help but chuckle at her cheering, though he was somewhat surprised by Wesley's question. He had assumed Nadeline would have told him all about Lorenzo and Karolina, though it seemed like his was her first time mentioning them. Understandable, given the circumstances. Nadeline stopped cheering for a moment to think, trying to remember what the doctor said. "From what I know, it's something genetic among the Rosenburg family line." She said slowly, looking to Grant for help. "It weakens the immune system, making the person susceptible to fall ill much more commonly, though I know Lorenzo has mentioned that she is anemic as well, so the combination of the two makes things difficult for her." Grant told Wesley. "I know that was one of her main concerns when she became pregnant with Nadeline, she was afraid she was going to pass the illness onto her." He informed both of them this time. "Recently she has been regaining strength. Of course, there are periods of time when she's confined to bed rest, so it is something that comes and goes as it pleases." Nadeline nodded, placing her hands on her cheeks. "Mother is one of the most beautiful women in Rozarria, and I do not exaggerate this! She gets pale when she is sick, but I think it makes her look even more feminine!" She gushed happily, letting out a dreamy sigh. "Most everyone says that it's difficult to believe that she is commonborn. Now that I think about it, her and Aunt Justine are both very beautiful." She then grinned, letting out a haughty laugh. "No wonder Emi and I came out so lovely~" Grant raised both his eyebrows at that last statement, though he did agree somewhat.
