He has a side story because a long time ago Elite Commander proposed an Idea to the GM's about it. After much deliberation (About four months or so in real time) we finally have a chance to implement it. It's not that Ssarak is any more important to the story than any other character, but the Elite Commander had taken the time out to discuss pursuing a side story with us for Ssarak. It is as we tell you all; if you want to do something, just ask us and we'll see if we can get it done. Elite Commander did so, and now we reward his patience with what he wanted. If you wish to have one of your own, speak to the GM's.

It is not that I don't believe you, but I would like to get the Commander's confirmation that you have been accepted. I'd like to keep the group as small as practically applicable.
