Also, a small note on the 'eternal student' thing: The Dutch governement would give students an unlimited amount of financial aids untill about two decade ago. Untill then, there'd be people who would study while also using the governent's money as a livelihood untill they were about 30 years old or even older. These people would be called 'eternal students'. Recently, there have been new regulations making it impossible to study more than 4 years using taxpayers' money, so Ralph would most likely be using his parents' money for his goal to become 'an eternal student'.
