To be sure, do I have to declare war on NPC's in IC? I'm having trouble wording it and I'm thinking of simply not declaring war IC, if that's fine. If I have to declare war, then I guess I'll try to pump something out a bit later. But I'll make it known here so it doesn't come by surprise or passed the deadline: My war order is to roflstomp the Sultanate of Zanzibar, which means I am declaring war on them in the name of freeing slaves [s](and acquiring colonies)[/s]. Slavery is bad, mmkay? EDIT: I also ask because it's more complicated than "I hate you, I declare war on you!" There is an ultimatum involved, for one, and the attack doesn't actually take place unless the ultimatum is declined. So it's really hard to word since I can't actually declare war on them in IC because the result of the ultimatum is being decided by rolls. So..?
