Movie wise? Marvel all the way. The stick a little closer to the source material. The whole 'gritty re-imagining' thing is getting kind of old with me and I *really* didn't like Man of Steel. I feel like they keep trying to make DC movies that are set in a parallel universe we haven't been introduced to before. If they're gonna do that, just call it 'Superman: Earth 56' or something.

Other than that, don't know much about Black Adam, but I do know Dwane's acting abilities and I'll say this: I'd rather he play an anti-hero in a DC movie [i]now[/i] then back when he was playing the Scorpion King.
