Sadly, there will be limited space. As awesome as it could be to have a ton of unique and colorful characters, frankly it would get a bit too hectic for the space provided. However, not all characters that will be accepted will be accepted in the beginning. A certain number of characters (I have yet to decide on a good number) will be allowed at the start of the IC, but at certain points there can be opportunities to allow newcomers in. Granted not very many, but the possibility of expansion will still be there.

And because I'm stupid and totally failed to notice your very first question (mah bad): this will be geared toward high casual, though people with acceptable quality will not be discriminated against.
