"I'm not sure I follow..." Ban's explanation made little sense to Sasha. Focus all your strength into one moment? How was that any different from a regular sword slash? As far as she was concerned, she was already swinging her blade as hard as she could. 

Sasha moved into a basic sword stance, mimicking Ban's every move from memory. It reminded her of dancing, just with more weapons and violence involved.
