Considering her shikai abilities already make it so that direct contact with her arms allow her to poison her foes, i'm not comfortable with the above statement. With her being a hakuda reliant fighter, her abilities, as well as that degree of strength could be too problematic during combat. 

While i'd like to simply put faith in your ability write with this fairly, i'd prefer if you toned down her strength abit. Especially considering she's a member of the twelfth, and not a combat oriented squad.

Everything else is sufficient.
