My son's teacher pulled me to the side today when I was picking my son Sampson up from school. At first I was a little shocked when she told me he wasn't listening in class the last couple days and was being a disruption but then she got to the badass-ness of the recap. Apparently some punk took a swing at my boy. He caught the kid's fist, and then beat the kid with his own fist. Got like 3 or 4 shots in before the teacher stepped in. 

I know it's awful, and he's been grounded from his PS3 and iPad for a week. But how badass is it he caught a kid's punch then beat him with his own fist? I'm disappointed but at the same time I'm glad my son's not some pushover. A week ago some kid shoved him and he hit his head against the corner of a table. Nothing too serious, but the teacher mentioned Sam was trying to talk sense to a boy who wasn't listening to the teachers and the kid lashed out at him. I still have to talk to the teacher more in depth and see if it's the same kid or not... but damn. This whole week has been crazy. 

Gonna get caught up on my reading tonight and try and get another post in. I'm also talking with a few rp'ers about a stat based Marvel game where we'll go up against Galactus and one of his heralds right out of the gate.
