There wasn't yet food present as Stefan sat down, but he figured there would be something shortly. Judging by the mansion's interior he could only guess that whatever food was going to be served was going to be top quality too. He was certainly dealing with some high class people which became of further interest. He recalled that his father had been born into a family of high class Germans, but that was a past seldom discussed as he was growing up. Allegedly already being monitored for having Nazi connections was more than enough for the man to bear so he didn't take risks. Still, with his father long dead and his mother in some unknown location it left many unanswered questions that would likely never receive answers. Fortunately it didn't bother him much as history was his first passion. Stefan had been deep in thought by the time others began taking a seat at the table. One of the first had been one of the oldest looking men that had been on the boat with him. He seemed fit so Stefan could only guess he had been recruited for some kind of physical expertise. Clearly Dr. Frank had been searching for quite a diverse group for his little project. Either way his purpose was likely to soon be revealed. The man seemed eager to make conversation too, perhaps to get to know each of his colleagues better. It was reasonable, given the fact they were now expected to work together and even stay together in the same building. "My guess is as good as yours. It could be anything." Stefan responded as the man began speaking. He displayed a noticeable German accent but he assumed that the project also included people of various nationalities as well, leaving him with some relief that he was likely not alone as the only seemingly Non-American. "The name's Stefan." He then proceeded to introduce himself just as the man had. Jonathan was his name and Stefan knew he'd take care to remember it.
