Group Therapy are only for residents but a guest may talk to a therapist 1x1. Phones are allowed of course, but keep it safe, you're among homeless too (Not saying they steal all the time but some might).

Studies and Training depends on the Character. If a bunch of character is on the same level then they have classes together. If a character is smart and college level, they're provided piratical training. If the character needs a special curriculum then they'll have 1x1 studies.

I'll be giving you guys the option on your roomies but you're free to have your own room, mind though that you're sharing it with a Common Resident if you're resident, or with many others if you're a guest (the pavilion is the Guest Sleeping Area). Also keep in mind, it's segregated i.e. there is a girl dorm and guy dorm.
