I would have suggested a hammerspace for ammo, but then I nearly laughed at how abusable that would be. Fill the hammerspace with bullets, and if we come across an eldritch abomination, just empty out bullets and explosives, throw grenade into pile, and run.

So, I think I'll just go with carrying a whole lot of ammo. Not like I'm gonna use [i]that[/i] much.
