Jerus had remained inside while others went outside to talk some more. He was on edge and felt that they'd already stayed in one place for far too long, if the Zombie attack that had killed Mason proved anything. Sighing as he meditated, he reflected on everything that had lead to this moment, although plenty of it was a haze. He could remember his parents fighting against his ninjutsu classes at first, giving plenty of reasons not to allow him to take it. In the end though, they had relented, especially when he argued he would have something to put his energy into besides his schooling. He had enjoyed the classes, he remembered that and he'd made lots of friends. He could remember the master saying he had a natural knack for it and was proud of every step towards the black belt Jerus had taken. He remembered learning with the katana and the kama, but he had always been better with the kama, eventually making them his weapon of choice when he got older. He grinned, remembering the first night he'd taken to the streets in his guise, ambushing a mugger as he went to stab the man he was mugging. He was certain the man's soul was here in Hell somewhere, but that didn't matter. As he reflected on his past, he heard a commotion outside which drew him towards the door. Only when Mister Psycho man cussed loudly did Jerus actually open the door and see what was happening. And it made him facepalm quite painfully. Seth was being attacked by some parasitic demon and Mister Psycho Man was bleeding from a wound that appeared to be inflicted with his own knife. Grabbing a towel, he goes over the Mister Psycho Man and puts pressure on his wound to slow the bleeding. I hope we get moving after this...
