Scarlett walked around Middlemist in relative comfort. She was dressed slightly provocatively due to the heat that a planet of forests requires. Occasionally she would walk nearer to the section of the town that was closer to the waterfall so that she could cool off a bit, that and she could get a nice sheen of moisture going on the bare skin. She had been here for the last year or so, attempting to hide in plain sight as a 'Lady of the Evening'. Tonight was no exception, for she had a client....errr, date. She met the older gentleman at one of the nicer restaurants in town called Enchanting Mists. They had a laser light display that colored the mists near the restaurant, so you would be walking in a sea of varying colors. They chatted, he flirted, she flirted, and a general good time was had by all. Eventually, dinner ended and the man took her back to a seedy hotel/motel, because he didn't want his wife to know about his indiscretions. Once they reached the room, Scarlett turned on the charm, so to speak. She began to use her mind control powers the moment he walked into the room. She gave him images and memories of what he expected to have happened in this room. She made it last hours, him laying on the bed and her sitting cross-legged on a chair, wrinkling her face as she watched him writhe. Once the 'scene' was completed, she left him tired on the bed and went to take a shower, which she also did in his head. This broke her line of sight with him, so he was able to rest, and this also gave her tattoos the time it needed to die back down. She came out of the bathroom already clothed, he compensated her for her time, and she went about her merry way. Much like every single one of her previous clients. Mentally exhausted and pleased, but not in reality. It was a good living, and one that she could feel comfortable with. Once that was complete, she left the area and headed back up to the place she was living in. It wasn't much, but it was a place to rest her head while she saved up the money to head back home. She was done being a victim.
