Mason went to go take a look out the window when he noticed a girl laying on the ground outside. He took a closer look and realized that she was pointing her gun at something. He looked in the direction and saw about 20 men circling the hospital tent. 

[b]"Shit."[/b] he whispered under his breath. 

[b]"What?"[/b] Ellis asked getting up from the bed to take a look. When he saw the men, he backed away from the window slowly, face growing with fear. 
[b]"You have to go alert other people."[/b]

[b]"My first priory is you. Get under the bed."[/b] Mason help moved the trunk of their stuff out from under the bed so Ellis could fit in then moved back to cover him back up.

Mason grabbed his pistol he kept hidden under his pillow and headed out the door. [b]"Do not come out for anybody but me."[/b] he said as he walked out the door.

He quickly ran up to the 2nd story of the homestead searching for anyone he can find. He knew it was a risk taking on these men who looked well equipped, but Karen was important. She might be the only person who could be able to help Ellis or himself if they ever got hurt. He ran through the rooms upstairs not seeing a single person. He started to panic when he heard faint voices coming from the balcony. He rushed over, finding Blake and Piper in mid conversation.

[b]"Sorry to interrupt, but there is a group of about 20 well-equipped men encircling the Hospital."[/b]
