Thanks Pellegrino, I'll probably just play Primo and leave Thomas out. Maybe he can make an appearance as an NPC bandit or something later on? 

I added a couple of small weaknesses for Primo. I'm going to keep thinking on it and add more as they occur to me. I also changed up his SPECIAL a tad bit and added brief reasons for each of them being what they are.
