"Be careful on the burgers and make sure you tell them how you want it, otherwise you might end up with something barely cooked." 
Rose turned, hearing a new voice. "Morning Gin!" She greeted, "I learned that the hard way last year. It looked like they just took the raw meat right out of the package."
She overheard Connor and nodded, "Yeah sure. I'll be right there." Her own stomach was beginning to rumble. You just couldn't put a teenager in a room full of food and expect them to go long without approaching it. Kaden had followed Connor so she turned to Gin. "Let's go to the line. I gotta eat, man. I can't survive any longer." She hurried to the line and picked up a slice of pizza, a cheeseburger, a salad, and apple juice. For a small girl, she had the appetite of a football player. 

After she purchased her food, she waited for Gin so they could go to the table Kitten sat at with Connor.
