Rose was mad for how late Luka made her leave she was suppose to meet Outlaw a long time ago but no Luka had to keep dragging on the subject. "Boss you know Luka is only worried about you and wants you safe." Her subbodinate said and she knew he was right. "I know but I am not a kid I know the risk of all this and I am still willing to take them to keep this city safe." She said to him as she walked and soon made it to the meet up point and watched as Outlaw got attacted. "And this is what happens when we are late we miss out on the fun." Rose said as her Elite laughed at that a little and watched her pull out the wipe and snapped it to make a crack sound. "Watch the vampire thing and tell me where it is going and if its trying to sneak up got your vampire repelent?" She aske dnad he nodded and held up the garlic he was given. "GOod I am not loseing another member of my crew." She siad as she rushed to the creature.

Once the vampire lord went flying after Outlaw she cracked her whip and attack the wings damaging them to try to prevent him from flying. "Not so fast Vampire you are on my terf now." She said as she landed in frnt of Outlaw. "So best be ready to be up againt me." She siad as she stood there ready to attack again. "Sorry for being late my second in command was not happy with me coming so he was trying to stop me and it slowed me down a but." Rose said to Outlaw for she wished she got there sooner to prevent him from being attacked but a vampire. "Alright vampire boy ready to deal with me?" She said as she turned the electric current on to her whip and cracked it again right at the vampire creature having it go to its wing and sending a painful shock to it enough to knock it out at least not knowing it Outlaw wanted to kill it or not.
