No no no man! Play it again and don't shoot Kenny. The endings are so much better. I shot him too in my first playthrough and then abandoned Jane. I was so disheartened that I played it again and made my true ending with Kenny. If you haven't already seen the Kenny endings, they're fantastic so I'm not gonna spoil 'em here.
