Penelope is able to produce and grow plants by focusing on what she wants for the plant to be- whether it be a tree, a flower, a bush, or grass; basically whatever she can think of. She is also able to speak and understand animals and their languages. The flaws of her having the power of conjuring plants is that she cannot be near anything too hot or too cold, she slowly loses energy after making more plants than she is able to, and she sometimes even sleeps for days when she overdoes it with creating.

· Penelope is a rather level-headed teen. She usually uses her head instead of relying on her emotions when doing things. The female is also likes to help people out when she thinks they need it, she also thinks that fighting is never the answer- most likely between those who have to work together or are friends, but if she needs to, she will fight.
· She does not remember much about when she was younger due to being experimented on, but she does remember that she once had a mother and a younger sister.
· She is American.
· Penelope jumps in when things begin to get complicated or are about to get violent.
