I can give you a single plot of territory on the border that also has a fort or Outpost for protection. The only demands would be that you can't immediately revolt against me as soon as you start, accept the banning of alcohol and tobacco, and get permission from Flooby. By single plot of territory, I mean complete control over a territory of land (Example being entire land that is covered from a number, which makes a fief that number and the ruler of that land), just not ruler of the Outpost/Fort.

Whether or not you revolt later on doesn't matter as Solterra might be forcing the other vassals to step down depending on their decision next season.
