You post your character in the interest check, and you can have up to two characters if I remember right.

...Also I'm still here, just think it's a bad time to introduce someone whose intro would be along the lines of him yelling "STOP EVERYTHING YOU'RE DOING AND LOOK AT HOW AWESOME I AM!". So, um, yeah. ^^;
