I actually went back to check things to make sure I knew if I missed something XD

The general idea in my post 'was' that of an encounter, just one that ended up being delayed by the early bits of his powers concealing him at first... I would totally expect them to chase him through the alleys XD

of course, if really needed, I can make changes.
